    Did you realize that you are in Real Estate? Here in all of Space there is only 2 lands or kingdoms. The kingdom of God and the kingdom of darkness and their borders are constantly at war. Every single day. And, like it or not, you are on the battlefield. Even if you choose to ignore it, you are there. We don't get a choice on this fact. A Kingdom is a specific area ruled over by a King or Prince with people that are subject to his rules and desires. Did you know that the borders of God's Kingdom are entrusted to us on a personal level.  No matter where we go, work, home, grocery store, beach, church, our very thoughts and actions, seen and unseen, have a direct impact on the boundaries of His Kingdom. At the end of every day I think it is wise to ask ourselves "today, did we gain ground or lose ground for God and ourselves?" Turn from a sin, do a good deed, take a step of faith and the borders expand. Look lustfully at person, steal from work, lie a little an...

The Word of the Lord is perfect, reviving the soul....Ps. 19:7a  The Word of The Lord is right, bringing Joy to the heart...Ps.19:8a You make known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand. Ps. 16:11 Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.” Nehemiah 8:10 God's written Word, The Bible, was given to us for that very reason.   Happy Friday Not Thot! Ever feel like when you send up a prayer it goes up a little bit and then comes crashing down like a fiery airplane? This is a very real scenario for those who are still lost in their sins and have never turned to Jesus on His terms. But, if you have stepped over the line and became a born again Christian pay close attention to this scripture; "Now I will listen to EVERY prayer that is made in this place. 16 For I have  chosen this temple (your body) and set it apart to be my home forever. My eyes and my heart will ALWAYS be there." 2 Chronicles 7:15‭-‬16 Did you catch that? EVERY! You may get an answer of "later" or "no" at times, but they are ALWAYS heard. God is not a genie that grants you your every wish, so don't expect it!   If you are not sure what the terms of Jesus are for salvation, message me.   What kind of prayers do you pray? Our prayers reflect the current condition of our hearts. What we pray for and how we pray on a daily basis can reveal much about ourselves. Do we have a balance of requests and praise? If your prayers were put on a balance scale would your side be lower than the side that contains all the other people in your life?  "I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people—" 1 Tim 2:1    We all go through trials that drive our prayers to be focused mainly on our immediate situation and that is perfectly all right for that season. But I've found out that by making myself to remember others, even in these troubled times, that my personal burden somehow lightens. It's a win-win situation.  Pray your heart out.   Are you facing an uncertainty or can't clearly see what's ahead on your path? By kinda being in that spot at the present moment myself, I was so glad to come across a couple of verses in the book of Acts that has a terminology that I'm seeing for the first time after all these years. (14:26 & 15:40) They mentioned being committed to the Grace of God or entrusting themselves to the Lord's Grace.  "....where they had been committed to the grace of God for the work they had now completed." Acts 14:26  "Paul chose Silas, and as he left, the believers entrusted him to the Lord’s gracious care. Acts 15:40    What does this mean exactly? It means that WHATEVER is in front of you right now, you are convinced or at least very hopeful, that God's Grace is going to cover it. (insert mustard seed here..) Whether it's a situation or a need, we are supposed to keep moving forward as we can. In a way, you resign yourself to the success of it...

  The Unhappy Land you may be living in……   Do you have a mailing address in the land of Er? This is where we live when we feel that we NEED in order to be happy, to be thinner, richer, smarter, hipper, an influencer, stronger, healthier.. you get the idea…. You never arrive in the land of Er. Ever. You just wind up at another dry, thirsty place. Somewhere that is just as unfulfilling as where you just were.  The concept of letting out a cleansing sigh with a smile on your face and the thought that "all is well with my soul" is as foreign to you as smelling the number 5. Jesus came to give us peace. His peace. And that my friend looks unlike anything this world has to offer. Believe me, as I’ve tried a majority of them. The problem arises from the fact that you cannot hold His peace and your discontentment in your hands (heart) at the same time! We all have things that get our goat, so to speak. One of mine is when I reach out to one of my children either by leaving a voice message or a text message and getting absolutely no response. I try not to be overly sensitive about this, because everyone gets busy from time to time, but I am a parent who loves his children. After all, I created these people. I must confess that it sours my day when this happens. I can't help but wonder how God does it, reaching out over and over to the billions of people he created and getting no response. Or outright rejection! If my heart hurts, so much more His..... So please, call upon Him today. As often as you can. He loves it. He Loves you. Bruce Not Almighty signing off.....
